Actify Physiotherapy is not your traditional physical therapy clinic. We deliver a whole body holistic approach to healing that goes beyond the regular physical therapy session at other clinics. For that reason we are a private pay practice and no health insurance is needed, as a matter of fact most of our patients have insurance already, and they still choose to pay out of pocket to receive a comprehensive holistic approach to their health, and for our one-on-one patient care one hour long direct contact with one of our highly trained clinicians. No students or new-grads here, only state of art highly trained professionals. So you don’t need to worry about how to file your claims, verify your insurance benefits, miscellaneous fees, co-pays, and deductible information. After the treatment plan is completed, we will provide you with all of the receipts and all of the necessary documentation and give it to you to simply submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement or application to your deductible.

We don't accept insurances, Here is why:

Health Insurance is not Health Care. There are some insurance plans that reimburse at such a low rate that we are not able to work with them and still maintain a high level of care! Physical therapy is a tremendous value when compared to the cost of many other treatments that don't provide hands-on solutions to pain and problems with movement. And not all physical therapy is the same. Some physical therapists must overload their schedules because they accept low-reimbursing insurance contracts. This results in bad outcomes and longer treatment periods. At ActifyPT we are committed to providing quality, one-on-one care in a caring and professional environment. We offer very reasonable self-pay rates and your investment will likely get you the results you want. We never over book patients and all patient care is One-on-One! We spend 55 minutes of one-on-one time with each one of our patients, primarily using manual therapy that has been shown to show superior outcomes and better results than standard care. Our clients get a better outcome in fewer visits than most standard clinics. No physician script is required so we can treat you now, and you do not have to wait weeks to be seen or treated.  While you are being treated here, you will not be charged for exercises that you can easily do at home on your own. With our approach, we are confident that we can get you better in less than half of the number of visits they would need at an insurance based clinic. With the time savings of fewer clinic visits, and the value of feeling better sooner, most patients feel the out-of-pocket expense is more than worth it.

 

What billing or insurance information will I receive?

 

If you have out of network benefits with your insurance company it is likely that you may have part or most of your investment reimbursed back to you. If that is the case, we will provide you with a detailed guideline phone script to understand your insurance benefits and a detailed invoice with all the information you may need to file with your insurance company. How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?

Each insurance company and individual contract is different. Some may have a deductible to be met, others may even require a separate deductible for out-of-network services.
